Constructed in 1926, Cindy’s Rental was Uncle Bert’s second build. While this cottage also has four bedrooms and two baths, situated next door to Auntie A’s at the end of Seaside Lane with sweeping views of Long Island Sound, it does boost a two-inch larger kitchen! So, if more counter space is important to you, this is the cottage for you! Two bedrooms upstairs are outfitted with full beds, the remaining upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. You’ll also find a full bath upstairs. Downstairs is open and roomy with a lovely back porch, fully equipped kitchen, large common room and a beautiful front porch at leads out to your own private patio. Cindy’s Rental has been lovingly maintained and provides a wonderful old New England shore feel with the benefit of modern conveniences.
