The original cottage built by H.W. “Bert” Corburn in 1924. We have maintained the cottage feel with a few modern conveniences added. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage is situated at the end of Seaside Lane, on its own private beach on Long Island Sound. This cottage has three bedrooms upstairs, 2 with full beds and one with 2 twins, a full bathroom and sweeping views of your own private beach, Howard Beach. Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom with a full bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large common room for board game playing, television watching, reading or just watching the waves roll in. No air conditioning needed with ceiling fans in every room and the lovely summer breeze off the ocean. A full front porch with picnic table and additional seating cap off this beautifully maintained traditional New England shoreline cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee and your evening cocktail from the patio outside your front porch with nothing in front of you but Long Island Sound.
